To use in-house design and production resources to systematically
and strategically redesign the company website - which had grown
organically since its original launch - in order to improve branding
and increase conversion to sales
Project Details
Their website, totalbeing.com was in desperate need of strategic
rebranding and restructuring. With the company driving a large amount
of traffic to the site, it was imperative that the website provide
simple, easy to find information to people considering a purchase.
During the redesign project, we put together a series of focus groups
with external customers, which was one of the smartest things we
did in this process. We sat down with several shoppers and asked
them what worked for them on the current site, as well as what didn't,
and solicited their answers in order of priority. Once we received
that input, we were ready to hit the ground running. Not only did
these meetings provide critical information for the immediate redesign,
but they also gave us a blueprint for future iterations.
