Software maintenance

We provide ongoing software maintenance for the systems that we develop. This allows any problems to be resolved and minor changes to be done. Larger changes which are outside the scope of maintenance can be done as separate projects. We design systems to be maintainable so that they give many years of use to our clients. Many of our clients say that the continuity of service we provide is invaluable. For instance, if a key user leaves then we can provide training to bring the replacement up to speed.
